We are currently seeking experienced Chefs a series of new FIFO openings in Western Australia. These limited positions will support Australia’s top mining support firms and their clients. Successful applicants will have previous hospitality and cooking experience in a professional setting and excel in in customer service.

These roles are 2 week on / 1 week off roster, flying out of Perth to multiple locations across Western Australia. Any past head chef leadership roles, or mine-site experience is highly desirable. You will be working in either small or large kitchens serving between 50 to 1500 people per day.


  • Prepare healthy nutritious meals ensuring all food hygiene regulations.
  • Ensure HACCP procedures are consistently followed.
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Daily meal preparations


  • You must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have Full working rights to apply
  • Australian Trade Certificate/Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is mandatory
  • Previous experience in mass-catering environments (volume cooking) is highly regarded
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate desirable
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP / Food Safety
  • Comfortable working in large teams and autonomously
